Past Tenant (Excellent tenant) asking for place to rent

A Tenant I have rented one of my rental properties to for the past two (2) years is leaving.  Its unfortunate, as he is one of the best tenants I have had.  He asked me if I knew of anyone that had a vacancy for a one bedroom possibly furnished apartment in the Indianapolis IN (North side) area.  Anything between 600 to 800 per month.  If there are any landlords out there that have a one bedroom vacant, and want an awesome clean tenant, please let me know.

Thank you
