Here's the deal, I come on biggerpockets read the forms and log off. When I first started, I was asking a few questions here and there. Now, it's hard to think of a question to ask the community.

Currently I'm reading The Richest Man in Babylon, so the closest thing to ask I have is...If you read this book what have you taken away from it? Or if you're currently reading (like me) What have you taken away so far?

My most impactful take away is Don't believe in Luck, believe in Opportunity.

Hey Tamela

Let me ask you a question, do you want to make money?

I dont mean to be harsh but we get paid to take action.  Dont get in your own way, take action.  We get paid to buy, rent, sell, or flip houses in one fashion or another.  So why arent you taking action to try at least one of these techniques?

You have an active REIA club in San Antonio, get to one of their meetings. Network with other investors I desperately want you to make money, but I cant do it for you. Actually I could but I wont. You need to do something. I dont care what it is. If you need a little direction, then contact me. I dont want you to be 10 years older and no richer.

To your success

Josh
