On market wholesaling deals
Hey you guys quick question do you know what to have a real estate agent put in your contract if you’re wholesaling an on market deal? Specifically due for ohio market?

I would say don't wholesale MLS deals. Wastes time. It's better to wholesale off market properties and provide value by finding deals NOT listed
