While doing some repairs on an HOA ( Home Owners Association ) property we service, 2-3 story townhomes, we heard a loud banging/clanging. We thought it's another gutter downspout that had come loose (we had fixed a few already), but nope... it was a stop sign that had lost it's lower bolt and about to loose the upper one. Well, we can't just leave it like that! So of course we fixed it up, though yes it is a "city" issue (we think). We did inform the hoa company along with the other things we noticed (a water main connection leaking at another property), along with the roof and gutter repairs of course. (loose or missing shingles, roof maintenance, loose gutters, and such...)

There was no charge of working on the stop sign (and shouldn't be!)  And telling them of the other things we notice while going around the large property... that's was old fashion "Service" is supposed to be.  Just like holding the door open for others, waving thanks to others for letting you get into a lane (esp when your in a hurry!), etc... Come on folks, TRY to be courteous and thankful.  It WILL come back to you... even if you don't notice it, it probably has already.  And do those kind of things anyway, it's THE RIGHT THING TO DO! :D

Ok, now back to the daily grind.  Hey, we need to send out some invoices! lolol  (w/ J's Roofing , Richardson, TX)
