ICE and WATER VENDING MACHINE
Hello, my name is Steve and I own and opperate 17 single family rentals just outside of Philadelphia, around the Delaware County area. This is not a post about real estate unfortunately. I recently came across the water and ice vending machine business and it really intrigued me! Not sure if there is anyone out here that owns any for themselves if so please reach out I would love to talk shop about it and get an idea of what I am getting myself in to I have done a lot of research on it but would love to talk to someone first hand who owns one.
The main reason for this post is to seek out business owners, landlords with bigger multi-family apartment buildings or trailer park owners, gas station owners, carwash owners, beer distributor owners, any marinas in the area or bait and tackle shops ect. I would ideally love to get in front of a Home Depot or Lowes at some point as well. Before anyone says just find a place or business and give them a call, trust me I plan on doing just that but I figured I would jump on here and see if anyone was out here interested. Ideally I'm looking to set this machine up somewhere that sits on or close to a busy road, something that has 10,000 or more cars that drive along it each day, unless it is a large apartment building then it would depend on the amount of units.
The vending machine takes up just half the space of a parking space and this machine will attract customers to your business so you could see an increase of traffic to your own business just from customers coming to purchase water and ice. Also installation, all costs and maintenance is all taken care of by myself the owner of the machine you will have no worries about anything to do with the machine except collect a monthly rent check. I will pay you rent each month to rent the space where the machine will go which we can talk about in private plus an additional flat fee extra for water and electric bill since I would have to hook up to and use your water and electric meters.
So if there is anyone out there that is interested in allowing me to set up a machine on their facilities please message me and we can talk more. I also have a pamphlet about the machine itself that I can send you in case you would like to take a look at it in more detail. I appreciate anyone and everyone who took the time to read this.
Regards,
Stephen Romano
