Does anyone have any experience purchasing a turnkey property from MIP? If so, what are your thoughts about the company and the their model? Are you getting good cash flow? Any plans to purchase more turnkey properties from them?

    Hi Alisha,

I love to hear that you are looking to invest in Real Estate. Defiantly do your research on what turnkey company you plan on going with. My advice is to find other investors that have invested with them in the past and see how their experience went. I am hopeful you can find those people here on BP! A couple of things to look for... their reputation of course, how long they have been in business, their quality of work in the renovations, what areas they are purchasing these properties in, and their internal processes! Make sure it will be a company you will want to work with longterm! I am wishing you the best of luck. I would love to connect with you !
