I live in Shasta county and am working on getting my foot in the door here with 3d home scanning. Although newer to the market,I see the potential revenue as being limitless. The market can only grow exponentially in today's world where people are doing more from home. With virtual tours of homes, buyers can house shop for their dream home from miles away without having to go anywhere. Mortgage lenders will be able to receive a more accurate account of their investments as well. Agents can show multiple listings to clients in one day without the drive time. This business done correctly can only gain profit. I'm looking for an investor or two to help me get this started. I'm looking to opening the area to start in Shasta, Tehema, and Siskiou county. Any advise or ideas greatly appreciated!
