Cleaning Service in Columbia, SC - Move Out Service

Wanted to know if someone in Columbia, SC had a cleaning service they've used and could recommend; sold a property for a co-worker and buyer's agent is hinting they'd like it done.  I'd prefer to use someone local as opposed to going to Google or finding a national service.  

Ideally person may have ability to do AirBnB cleanings in the future, would be nice to start building a relationship now.
