Legit Private Lenders

Jada Brown
Posted

It's been a nightmare trying to locate 100%, property funding. I have had several offers but then they turn into Demands, or asking me for money upfront. Am I asking the wrong thing? How can I quickly weed these out & get down to business & upfront answers. Let me know if I need to elaborate here. Thank you.

@Jada Brown, 100% financing is truly hard to find.  Unless you can find a seller that's willing to do seller financing at 100%, it may be near impossible.  Anyone offering 100% is probably trying to scam you too.

I'd try to go to local REIA meetings and reach out to your current network about financing and partners.
