From the description, you can get a pretty good idea about me.  I have sparked up an interest in real estate over the past couple of years because I know that this is a great path for building wealth.  The main reason I want to build wealth as quickly as possible is because I would like to own my own time, and spend time doing the things that mean everything to me.  

I am looking for people in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area who I can maybe meet up with.  It is tough learning by myself and from online videos because I do not understand how to apply all the information and strategies that I have learned to my direct market.  I am hoping that I can connect with somebody that is near to me!  My goal is to use a house hack for my first entry into real estate.  Thank you all!

Hi Nick, good choice on wanting to use real estate investing as the vehicle to Financial Freedom. One of the best things you can do is to network as much as possible especially with local investors. Drew Wiard and Adam Beckstedt host a monthly REIA meeting the first Wednesday of every month at the Mike Thomas & Associates building off of North Coldwater Street in Fort Wayne. It goes from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
