Anderson, IN Attorney Needed

I'm currently closing on my first rental property ever, a 4-unit apartment building using seller financing in Anderson, IN. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations for attorneys who specialize in real estate. Both the seller and I need assistance in getting a purchase agreement/contract drawn up. In addition, I will probably have an eviction to deal with right off the bat for a tenant who isn't taking care of his apartment and has been paying the same well-below market rent for the last 15 years. I also will require assistance in setting up an LLC, application and lease documents, and some other important things I'm probably not even thinking about as of this time . . .

Thanks in advance for all your help.
