Northwest Indiana STR Owner & Property Manager Looking to Connect

Hello everyone,

My names Mike. I've been involved on this forum for close to a decade now.

I've done flips, long term rentals, and now I own and in house manage a short term rental in Michigan City. We host on AirBnB, VRBO, Booking.com and all of their subsidiaries.

So far business has been great with near 100% occupancy during the peak months.

If there are any other owners or people looking to own in the area, I'd love to connect.  I'd be happy to answer any questions & help others grow their business!  A rising tide lifts all boats. :)
