South Florida SFH Rentals
Hello Florida BP fam! I'm brand new to investing. I have been doing all kinds of research/reading and I decided I really want to get into Rental Investing. I currently live in the Boca Raton/ Delray Beach area but I am willing to invest anywhere. I cannot decide if I want to do a condo, townhouse or SFH. The numbers I've calculated work much better with detached SFHs mostly cause there is no HOA or a lower HOA. My question to you all is...do you find SFHs sit vacant longer then a condo/townhouse would? I know in my area condos and townhomes fly off the market, but I am having trouble finding if SFH do. Any response is greatly appreciated!
Warm Regards,
Jamie

@jay meola in my experience SFH rent just as good as townhomes here. We run a monthly coffee with investors meetup in delray. New and experienced investors. Hit me up if you want to join us.
