I'm getting my Real Estate License!

Hello BP!

I'm finally making the leap to get my real estate license!  I was curious if there is any advice after taking this step by other agents in the Orlando area.  I'm getting my license through the Climer School of Real Estate cause I've read good things, my classes start in late July (currently in college).  Looking in the area for jobs, Ameriteam realty and Premium Properties Real Estate have both caught my eye on job listings, any advice on these or other companies?  Should I shadow someone first?
