HomePossible with Zero Income Limits In Florida
The HomePossible program is a great way to purchase a new home with as little as 3% down. The one issue with this program is depending on the census tract there are income limits to qualify. There are 22 counties in the state of Florida that have ZERO income limits if you chose the right lender. Ask your loan officer if they have the Homepossible program in Florida with ZERO income limits.
