55 plus properties pros and cons
Hi I am interested in purchasing a 55 plus property for rental investment in Palm Beach County. Can anyone shed some light on the general pros and cons? Are the purchase prices lower because of high HOA fees? How about the rental rates and occupancy? Thanks

Hello @Eli Azulai .
The only age-restricted homes you will find will be in larger communities. The HOA fees in those are no worse than any of the other gated communities here in FL.
You can focus on some of the larger builders branded 55+ communities (Look at KHOV's FOUR SEASONS communities and GL Homes Valencia Bay community).
You need to know that OWNERSHIP of these homes are restricted by age. I am not sure how you will get around those rules.
