Home Partners of America

I read a lot of the reviews on home partners of America  from this site so I'm hoping you are able to answer a question I have about their agents .  So far I've switched agents because I couldn't get the first woman to respond to me  and now this second gentleman they set me up with  seems like he doesn't have any real answers to my questions . They are local people in my neighborhood that they set up as my agents but I've also seen  a section on their website that allows you to pick your agent .  I have a friend in real estate whom I would trust but she has never done a lease-to-own option  is it still possible for me to have her  as my agent or are realtors  and these agents completely different departments ?
