vacation rental Purchase question

Hello All!

I own a few vacation rental properties locally in the midwest. My wife and I are considering purchasing a vacation home that we would only buy if it were to be primarily used as another income property. I know many places in Florida can be profitable, but are there any suggestions on where to start or who to speak to? Areas with known reputable property management companies wth references are obviously ideal areas to start looking.

Our budget at this point would be between 200,000 and lower. May be on the lowend, but we are at least trying to give it a shot!

Any help is appreciated

Rocky
