Hard Money Lenders for BRRRR
Hi everyone, I have located a multi-family in Hartford that I am looking to purchase and rent, and then refinance. My goal is to have the property rehabbed and rented in 3-4 months. Does anyone have experience with hard money lenders that service Connecticut that don’t have pre-payment penalties for repayment at month ~4 when I refinance? I only want to be carrying that cost until I pay it off with a refinance so I don’t want a lender that I need to pay 12-24 months worth of interest to.
Thanks for the guidance!
