Looking for REI Events/Meet-ups in the Cookeville, TN Area

Hello! My name is Tyrus Cowan. I am a relatively new BP Member looking to make new connections and learn from experienced investors, especially in my area. I moved to the Cookeville, TN area a little over a year ago, and I've really spent a large majority of the past year educating myself on multifamily rentals, BRRRR and other real estate investing strategies. I'm eager to meet with others who share the same interests as me and want to share ideas and learn from one another. I wanted to reach out in the BP Forum to see if anyone new of any REI Meet-ups or Events in or around the Cookeville, TN area that I could join or attend! If not, I would definitely be interested in putting something together and starting a meet-up for anyone interested! I think it would be great opportunity!
