My name is Ross Francis. I work for CIVIC Financial Services in the lending realm. Originally from Vermont and Massachusetts and Pennsylvania I now reside in Los Angeles, CA. After a ten year stint as an actor for TV and Film I came to Real Estate through the Bigger Pockets Podcast. I was hooked. This year I decided to make the switch to full time Real Estate Fanatic. Working on my first BRRRR and always reading something new!

Always interested in talking about the best new business book, National Parks and where to find the best tacos in town.

Thanks @Jason Regan ! Looking forward to both books. That was such an eye opening set of podcasts last month! 

@Sam Wilson The property is in Maine of all places. I wanted to make it as difficult as possible. Lol. My family is all over the east coast so I get back there frequently. 

As far as what I'm reading at the moment, I'm loving "The Compound Effect" and using "Flash Boys" as a switch up.
