Birmingham Agent Re-entering the World of Real Estate
Good Morning BP,
I am a licensed real estate in the State of Alabama (specifically Birmingham, Jefferson and Shelby Counties). I begin investing in really estate around 2006-2007 and got out of the business around 2013-2014. I am looking forward to this re-entry and this time with my daughter. I am only interested in flipping (wholesale and retail). Looking forward to connected with my like minded cohorts.

@Charita Cadenhead Welcome to the BP forums! It's a great place to find like minded people, get different viewpoints, bounce new ideas off of others, etc! I always recommend setting up some keyword alerts, that way you get notified when someone posts on something you are interested in (you could do: Alabama, Birmingham, Wholesale, flipping--to start out and always change or add later). Are you looking for deals there in your area, or out of state?
Thanks for the tips. I absolutely will put those keywords into action.
