New Real Estate Investor with 2 properties and ADU experience

Hello, my name is David Sequeira and I am new to the bigger pockets forum and in the beginning phase of my real estate journey. I currently own two properties (Gardena, CA & Moreno Valley, CA) and recently completed an attached ADU in Gardena, CA. I am also looking at building to more ADUs in East Palo Alto, CA and Moreno Valley, CA. I look forward to learning and contributing to the group.
