Introducing a newbie

Posted

hello BiggerPockets group!
my name is Keomaka. I do not have any assets, only liabilities. car loan, rent, etc. I’m trying to get rid of my vehicle to get a 2nd hand vehicle so I don’t have a car loan anymore. I’m in the laborers union but currently unemployed, I have to wait for a company to reach out to me in order to go back to work as a union member.
besides building my knowledge with; books, BP, YouTube, Facebook groups, practicing analyzing, & so on, what else should I be doing? & in my case, should I wait to go back to work for steady income to even try to get deals?
what has been the biggest help for you & made you get over the “what next” stage?
