18 Year Old Realtor/Investor Needs HELP!!!

Thomas DeRuvo
Posted

Hello everyone. My name is Tom, I am an 18 year old realtor I want to get started investing in real estate but currently I have a jam packed schedule. I'm working on the #1 team in my county and got 4 deals in my first month as a realtor, I am a full time student at Rutgers University and in my free time I am trying to learn Spanish, go to the gym once a day and of course read as many books as I can. I thought that getting my real estate license would teach me a lot about real estate investing and although I am making good money and learning about sales, it won't turn me into a great real estate investor. Should I stick it out a few more years, earn money and get my degree and then start investing? I really don't know what my next course of action should be ... Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!
