My name is Ratima and I discovered this place through books.
1. 🌎 I'm based in Thailand and hope to buy my first property in Bangkok.

Welcome to BiggerPockets Ratima! This is for sure a great platform for networking be sure to also go to your local meet-ups they are always really beneficial. I was in Thailand with my wife just last year for a whole month on Vacation. It's a very beautiful place and I loved every second of it. I would recommend that you read the following books: "Million Dollar RE Agent" by Gary Keller, "Million dollar investor" by Gary Keller, and "The Abcs of Commercial Real Estate investing" by Ken McElroy. These are amazing and helpful guides that will steer you to a successful real estate business. Best wishes on your real estate journey!
