Hi everyone,

My name is Joshua. Im a veteran, and im new to Real State investing. After reading multiple books, i think its time for me to do my first deal. Im from San Francisco, CA. I plan on becoming a seasoned Real State Investor. Its all about getting rich together. Fun fact about me, im a very good cook, and i like bodybuilding.

@Joshua Ruvalcaba - Congrats on getting started. Since you are a veteran, definitely look into housing hacking with a VA loan. If that is not doable, house hack with a FHA loan. Since you are in an expensive market, you might have to think outside the box.
