Hello I am Bruno,

Been watching the biggerpockets podcast non stop for weeks now after researching how to make it in real estate.

I currently own single family home here in Oakdale MN but looking to start purchasing my first rental properties.

My initial plan was to do a cashout refinance on my home and use that as down payment for a rental but have only owned this for a year now so not much equity. So am in the process of selling my home so I can buy a duplex, house hack one of the units the start generating some cashflow.

Plan is to own 2 duplexes before the end of the year.

Am excited to be part of the community. please reach out with any advice on how to punch rental property numbers and analyzing deals.
