New DMV Investor Intro - Looking to connect!

Hi everyone! I'm a new investor looking for my first property in the DMV area and for other investors to connect with.

A little about me - I went to the University of Maryland, College Park for my B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science, concentration in Dietetics, and graduated mid-pandemic in the spring of 2020. My career goal is to become a doctor and provide pro bono care and health education to women in need. As a means to do this by separating my career from my business, after graduating I began to listen to the BP podcast, among others, and read any book about real estate investing and finance I could get my hands on. I moved from northern NJ to northern Virginia to work in DC, and am now buckling down to make my team and get my first property. In my free-time, you can find me at the gym, going on walks, trying to find the best ice cream in the DC metro area.

I've found many entrepreneurs are a bit hard to find as they tend to be solo-preneurs, but I'm very interested in meeting other young professionals with similar goals to bring one another up. If any of this resonates with you, don't hesitate to connect!
