Newbie from the DFW Metroplex

Hi! My name is Jennifer, but please call me Jeni. I grew up in California but live in DFW. I have no real estate background other than I dislike having a landlord and a boss! So I'm here to fulfill my "why" question and learn anything and everything I can about fix and flips and house hacking. I found BP from my parents who are on their own real estate adventure and I decided I wanted in on the fun. As of right now, I think I like the idea of fix and flips. But since I have no experience I have no idea if this is going to be my niche or not. I have a goal that I believe many of you will resonate with and that's freedom, my own American Dream. I can't wait to learn all I can and make lifelong connections!
