New Investor from New Jersey

Charles Rada
Posted

Hi, I'm Charles, but you can call me Chuck from East Brunswick, NJ.

My wife and I decided to start the journey into Out of State Real Estate Investing.  We've been listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts, hundreds it seems, attended several of the weekly webinars, and I've bought several of the BiggerPockets books to further our education.

Thanks for welcoming us to the community, and I look forward to making connections and picking the brains of all the experienced investors out there.

Chuck

@Charles Rada I’m currently searching in my local market of Essex county primarily East Orange, West Orange and parts of Irvington but I haven’t found anything as of yet. I’m marketing direct to seller so that is a work in process. I too also considered Cleveland OH for cashflow but my concern is a constant high turnover with tenants in “C” class areas.
