Hello BP Community,

My name is Andrew and I recently stumbled upon Josh & Brandon's How to Invest in Real Estate (blue book) that opened my eyes to the real estate investing world. I work a W-2 job as an HVAC commercial sales engineer for Carrier in the greater Philadelphia area, so I plan to do REI as a part-time hustle. Currently living in the Philadelphia suburbs. If anyone is interested in connecting feel free to reach out, I would love to meet other investors in the area. Lastly, if anyone has any HVAC questions about their properties, I would be glad to assist in answering any of your questions to the best of my abilities.
