so i just finished reading "the book on REAL PROPERTY INVESTING" the book was amazing and it brought me here. and i'm just looking to expand my knowledge on real estate so if anyone wants to give me some advise on how to avoid some beginner mistakes and things i should look out for on how to be a good real estate salesperson and investor that be great. and i'm gonna continue exploring this website
