Hello everyone,

Im currently deployed to Afghanistan right. I've never thought about investing until I met my current boss who made millions investing in rentals and is set for his retirement.

It never even occurred to me, real estate! Why not? I don't have to reinvent the wheel, seems easy enough.

Well here I am, i'm moving to Seattle next spring and im determined to make this work, and the best part is my wife is on board too.

I'm starting from scratch, I have no money, due to my one year old back home and I just paid off all my debt, except the car payment. I have no idea where to begin, ive neve bought a house and ive never even seen a mortgage.

I do know I want this bad and my first goal is to just get through my first purchase, I know buy and hold is the way I want to go, maybe some flips once I get the money flowin but that's far in the future for now.

Ive been lurking this website for about a week now nd reading and watching every youtube video on the subject. I suppose my biggest worry is financing since I have no money and ive never got accepted for a loan over twenty five thousand. I have much to learn but right now I guess I have nothing but time.

This is a great website and im on it daily now, I'm sure most of you would have liked a great tool like this when you started your business and im really grateful I get to learn from all of you, thank you ahead of time!
