Hello BP!! I am here to learn and work!

Signed up last fall tripping over this site, I am a family man and full-time Business Analyst (with IT & Engineering background) who on the side has been a small landlord for the last 10 years.

Bought first duplex in 2004, rent out my wife's 2005 condo purchase, bought our home in 2007, and bought a rehab to rental deal in 2011. Currently have 4 tenants and have (knock on wood) no vacancies and great tenants so far.

I locally joined the Milwaukee Wealth Builders club and more recently the Milwaukee REIA group. Also always reading as much as possible, recently purchased J. Scott's books on flipping houses and estimating rehab costs from 123flip.com.

My main goal here is to work towards creating enough income streams outside of my main job to support my growing family (isn't that everyone's goal ;). More specifically, I am looking to pursue a rehab deal this year in or work as a project manager for an experienced rehabber in order to learn (and eventually earn). My main areas of expertise are in West Allis, but I would look in nearby areas as well.

Feel free to reach out to network or pass along any learnings on rehab deal analysis, good contractors to work with (I have a solid list started so far), or great resources to learn from. Thank you for your time!!

-Kurt
