My wife and I have had a strong interest in real estate since we met, but we've always put it on the back burner to focus on life. We've finally made the decision to make it part of our life now. (It also doesn't hurt that we're feeling a bit more financially stable and willing to take a little risk.)

We are looking to work our way into real estate through wholesale and work our way up to longterm holds down the road. Having read several posts about the legality of wholesaling in Indiana specifically, we are planning to meet with an attorney and ask questions to help lower our anxiety levels now. Having said that, we are still eager to get started and will be soaking up information like a sponge from this great site.
