First of all  - Gday! I am new to BP forums and tools. I'm an Australian that has lived in Colgate, WI for 5 years now, married to a beautiful Wisco cheese head. Father of 4 (b11,g8, g6,b3), and planning for college is how I really got started on long-term strategies for my family.

I am now, I guess?, calling my self greenhorn "full-time" property investor? I am currently long-time CEO, and founder of multiple successful companies in renewable energy and supply chain industries.

My new focus is Real Estate.

Did I break the rules?? **** I sent out 3 network requests in my area with a similar message to the above- told me I was spamming? Big red thingy came across top of the screen, I just about wet myself. Thanks for any info on this.

Thank you! It’s a lot of work, but start ups like this is what I enjoy most. The strategy side of the business is fascinating. I’m drinking from a fire hose right now, going to take some time to find my feet.
