Hi Everyone, I am new to the bigger pockets community and want to get started in real estate investing and I am looking for any tips, advice, or guidance the community has to offer.

I have been reading any book I can get my hands on and have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for a little while which led me to get on the forums.

I am looking to invest in rental properties and generate a steady cash flow from them. I have a steady income from a W2 job and money saved up to try and get started.

I appreciate your time and I am looking forward to connecting with some of you in the future!
