Hello! My husband and I are considering purchasing a short term rental property in the Shenandoah region of Virginia. We are visiting the area this weekend and wondered if anyone could recommend a realtor? or does anyone have any short term rentals in the area that would consider chatting? We are thinking about Luray or Shenandoah. Thank you!

Hi @Adrienne Clarke , Shenandoah Valley was named #4 in 2022 for the best "up and coming" short term rental / vacation rental market. Make sure you know the zoning / county regulations for STR though.
