Starting out in the Desert.. 🌵

Hello everyone,

I am new to real estate and will be building several rental homes in Yucca Valley over the next year, including a primary residence.  I have 3 kids under 8 and we all love to climb in Josh.  My wife and I have been coming to the desert for over a decade and have watched the community evolve and grow - there's a real shortage of rentals that will persist for years to come.  We've decided to move full time to Yucca and begin a new path building and developing land in the high desert.  We are also planning to open small take-out only eatery that uses mostly organic ingredients in order to provide the community with better food choices - there’s a serious lack of quality dining options that has only been exacerbated by the recent boom in tourism and vacation rentals. We’re going to bring some much needed love and support to the local community.

Looking to connect with investors, builders, developers, or any other cool people that spend time out in the desert..
