I want to sell my sober livings

I own two sober livings that are very successful.  I am only selling them due to major life changes and desires to dabble in other things. This has been the only place where I have been able to find any mention of investing in sober livings.  Does anyone know of a good place to go for a consult about the value of my company and how to go about selling it that know about my industry?  There are a ton of business evaluation services, I know.  However, none of them seem to know anything about the addiction treatment industry.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
