New Investor in Minneapolis, MN

Hey Everyone! My name is Tim and I am a new investor in the Minneapolis, MN region! I'm 23 years old, and I recently graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering. The thing I soon realized was that school taught you how to do your job, not how to live with your job. Engineering was soon something I found to be very stressful and not something I could see myself doing for the rest of my life, so I decided to turn to real estate.

I'm just getting into investing. From all of the research I have done i've noticed that wholesaling was the best way to get started. I've done bandit signs, craigslist ads and I have just started some direct mail campaigns to probates and to out of state absentee owners who have owned their homes for more then 10 years. I'm young with college loans to pay back so I don't have too much marketing money.

I'm looking to network, and learn as much as I can about real estate investing! Looking forward to digging deeper into the site and talking with it's members!
