Newbie from Southern Pines, NC
Hey everyone- newbie investor here from Southern Pines, NC. I'm currently on active duty in the Army and own a small SFH that I plan on renting out this fall. The plan is to then purchase my next SFH to live in, and an investment deal right after. Looking around Columbia, SC and Charlotte, NC for a SFH, and turnkey properties across the country for an investment deal. Thanks to everyone in the BP community that has provided such great resources and all of the amazing information. I can't take it all in fast enough. Looking forward to connecting with some of you in the future.

@David James - careful- SC charges investors higher property taxes. NC is a much more attractive market in my opinion.
