Recently discovered Bigger Pockets

Hi all,

I just discovered Bigger Pockets about a month ago and have been reading the articles and forums. I finally created my profile and am starting to post.

I am active duty in the US Air Force and have owned two rental properties in the Dayton, OH area since 2008.

I first started learning real estate in 2007, shortly after attending various guru courses (namely Rich Dad/Wealth Intelligence Academy courses). These were lessons learned and I am going to write about the experiences in the guru forum very soon.

I'm currently researching and deciding how am I continuing with my two properties and real estate investing overall. I am glad to have found this site and community!
