Newbie from Austin, TX

Well, I'm not in Austin quite yet but will be in a week or so. Just wanted to introduce myself and give a little background. Just got out of the Air Force about a year ago. At my last base, Eielson AFB, AK, my wife and i bought two properties in the local area...lived in them for a while moved out and started to rent them out. So far so good. After I left the AF I became a Realtor, sold SFHs for about a year then decided Fairbanks, AK wasn't the place for us. Although, my profile says I'm unemployed I am working on my degree in business finance, so please don't get the wrong impression :)
Everybody on the site seems to be very knowledgeable and friendly so I can't wait to jump in and learn how to be filthy rich so I can afford to send my 3 kids to Princeton, Harvard or Yale.
