Foreign Investment Helps

Hello everyone

My name is Jake and I am primarily looking for help as how to invest successfully and manage property whilst living outside of the US. I recently found this site through a RE book and have so far been extremely impressed with the success in the community and the willing to share experiences and knowledge.

I currently live in the UK with one property of my own. My main attraction to the US is the lower barriers to entry for BRRRR properties and tax advantages over the UK.

I am really keen to hear from like minded investors that have experienced foreign investment into the US to learn what strategies, structures and techniques you recommend to help my journey. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
