Hi everyone,

I'm a former commission only mortgage broker from West Palm Beach, FL. I'm currently living in California but i want to invest in Section 8 rentals in South Florida. The home prices in Florida are a fraction of anything in California.

During my last trip to Florida, i notices a number of bandit signs and car magnet signs along the lines of "SECTION 8 RENTALS CALL ###-####"

This has me worried that the market is flooded with people trying to buy and rent properties, especially since RE prices aren't dropping right now in FL.

It's great to meet everyone here, very informative!
