Hi there everyone! My name is Brian Jones, a business owner in San Diego, CA and very excited to get started investing in real estate. I appreciate all the valuable time spent in providing excellent information here - an incredible resource for those of us new on the job.

My focus is to educate myself some more, and define my specific investment goals before moving forward. Tough, experienced competition in my area will make it a bit more challenging I'm sure, so preparation and patience is key. So much to consider, and questions to be asked!
