I'm fairly new to the St. Louis area and have been doing a lot of research and reading on rental property investing. Looking to buy my first property here in the next few months. Looking at using the BRRR strategy on foreclosed properties in class a and b areas. I would love to connect with fellow investors to pick their brains on information I'm still learning. Looking forward to the future
