Hi all. I am new here. I have started looking for properties close to Ohio State and Capital University in Bexley, Ohio. Does anyone have any insight on the markets here?  Looking to buy a property my May 1st. Thank you in advance.

It all depends on your goals for real estate investing. If you are looking for campus rentals in particular they might not be as cash flow heavy as other areas of Columbus but still can be decent places to buy if you find the right deal. I would recommend getting in touch with a real estate agent who knows how to work with investors. @Britta Dragovcic
